Bare warehouse concrete sheds dust, stains easily and wears quickly under forklift traffic. A polyurea or polyaspartic coating seals the slab, brightens the building and makes cleaning far easier. Lane lines, pedestrian zones and rack positions can be built into the coating.
We specify heavier builds for heavy equipment, use shot blasting for prep on large areas and phase the work so operations continue. Joint treatment is critical in warehouses, and we plan it from the start.
