Two-Tone & Zone Garage Floors
Divide the garage by purpose: a dark parking zone, a light workshop zone, a gym corner. Color and finish tell you where things go.
The details, in plain English.
Many garages do more than one job. A two-tone or zoned floor assigns each job its own color, sheen and sometimes texture: charcoal flake where cars park, bright gray where you work, matte rubber-look for the gym corner. The effect is organized, intentional and surprisingly practical.
We lay out zones on the floor plan with you, line them with crisp tape and apply each coating in sequence. A thin stripe or border between zones adds polish and hides the joining edge.

Questions, answered
Does a zone floor cost more?
Slightly, for the extra layout and taping. The materials are the same.
Can I redo a zone later?
Yes. Individual zones can be recoated or changed if the rest of the floor is sound.
How do I get a price?
Fill in the form or call 800-207-0499. We schedule a free assessment, look at the slab and send a written quote.
How long does it take?
Most two-car garages are done in a day. Large or heavily repaired floors can take longer, and we tell you the schedule before we start.
