Basement Floor Coating
Turn a cold, dusty slab into a clean, bright, finished floor. Basement coatings start with moisture testing so they last.
The details, in plain English.
Basement slabs are cold, dusty and often damp. A coating seals the concrete, cuts dust and makes cleaning simple, and it can warm the look of a room dramatically. Because basements are below grade, moisture is the big question, so we test before we coat and use a moisture-tolerant primer when needed.
Flake, solid or metallic finishes all work well, and a satin or matte topcoat suits living spaces. We can also coat laundry rooms, mechanical rooms and workout areas.

Questions, answered
Will a coating stop dampness?
A coating is not a waterproofing system. If water enters the basement from outside, that needs a separate fix. We test and tell you what we find.
Can you coat over carpet glue?
Mastics and glues must be removed first; we grind or blast them off.
How do I get a price?
Fill in the form or call 800-207-0499. We schedule a free assessment, look at the slab and send a written quote.
How long does it take?
Most two-car garages are done in a day. Large or heavily repaired floors can take longer, and we tell you the schedule before we start.
