Hybrid Polyurea-Epoxy Floor Systems
The best of both: an epoxy or polyurea base for adhesion and build, finished with polyaspartic for UV stability, hardness and shine.
The details, in plain English.
No single coating is best at everything, so many professional floors combine them. An epoxy base builds thickness and bonds strongly at a lower cost, a polyurea base cures in minutes, and a polyaspartic topcoat adds the UV stability, gloss and chemical resistance neither base can provide alone.
We design the stack around your slab and your goals: how much sun the garage gets, how hot the tires run, how rough the concrete is and how quickly you need it back. Then we explain the system layer by layer in plain English.

Questions, answered
When do you recommend a hybrid?
When the slab is rough or the budget is tight but you still want UV stability and a hard, glossy surface.
Does a hybrid cost more than epoxy?
Slightly, because of the topcoat. It costs less than an all-polyurea build and lasts far longer than epoxy alone.
How do I get a price?
Fill in the form or call 800-207-0499. We schedule a free assessment, look at the slab and send a written quote.
How long does it take?
Most two-car garages are done in a day. Large or heavily repaired floors can take longer, and we tell you the schedule before we start.
