Polyurea Garage Floor Coating
The fastest-curing, most flexible floor you can put in a garage. Polyurea bonds to properly ground concrete, bridges hairline movement and is walk-on the same day.
The details, in plain English.
Polyurea is a two-part coating that forms in seconds to minutes rather than hours. That speed is its superpower: less time for dust to settle, less time for humidity to interfere and far less time without your garage. It stays slightly flexible after curing, so it handles the small movements and temperature swings that make rigid coatings crack and peel.
In a garage floor system we use polyurea as the base coat, add decorative flakes while it is wet and finish with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. The result is a seamless, gloss floor that resists hot-tire pickup, oil, road salt and everyday abuse, and does not yellow in the sun.

What you get with this service.
Cures in hours
Most polyurea floors are walk-on the same day and ready for vehicles in about a day or two.
Flexible, not brittle
A little give lets the coating ride out slab movement instead of shattering.
Bonds deep
On a diamond-ground slab the base coat grabs the concrete and holds.
One-day install
Prep, base, flakes and topcoat are typically finished in a single visit for an average two-car garage.
From first look to finished floor.
- 1
Grind and profile
Diamond grinding opens the concrete pores and removes anything that would stop a bond.
- 2
Repair
Cracks, pits and joints are filled so the finished floor is smooth and sound.
- 3
Polyurea base
The color base is rolled and, while wet, flakes are broadcast to your chosen coverage.
- 4
Scrape and clear coat
Loose flakes are scraped and a polyaspartic topcoat seals in the color and shine.

Questions, answered
Is polyurea the same as polyaspartic?
Polyaspartic is a type of aliphatic polyurea. Both cure fast; polyaspartic is the UV-stable version we use for clear topcoats, while polyurea bases give the toughest bond and flexibility.
Will it peel like old epoxy floors?
Peeling almost always traces to poor prep or moisture. We diamond grind every slab and check moisture first, which is why polyurea systems hold up so well.
How do I get a price?
Fill in the form or call 800-207-0499. We schedule a free assessment, look at the slab and send a written quote.
How long does it take?
Most two-car garages are done in a day. Large or heavily repaired floors can take longer, and we tell you the schedule before we start.
