Three-Car Garage Floor Coating
A big floor needs a bigger plan. Seamless coverage, careful layout and a crew built to finish large garages the same day.
The details, in plain English.
Three-car and larger garages have more of everything: more concrete, more joints, more cracks and more chances for a blemish. The key is a seamless application, so we plan the work in sections that avoid lap marks and keep a wet edge from wall to wall.
These garages are also where design shines: zoned floors, borders, stripes and logos can be laid out to the whole room. We use larger crews and the right equipment so even a large garage is typically finished in a day or two.

Questions, answered
Will there be visible seams?
We plan the application so there are no lap marks, and we fill existing saw-cut joints and finish them cleanly.
Can you coat just one bay?
Yes, but a single bay will not match older areas perfectly. We usually recommend coating all bays for a uniform look.
How do I get a price?
Fill in the form or call 800-207-0499. We schedule a free assessment, look at the slab and send a written quote.
How long does it take?
Most two-car garages are done in a day. Large or heavily repaired floors can take longer, and we tell you the schedule before we start.
