Garage Floor Maintenance & Recoating
A quick clean-and-recoat can make a tired floor shine like new. We maintain, refresh and repair floors we installed and floors we did not.
The details, in plain English.
Even the best coatings wear at their surface. A maintenance recoat adds a fresh clear topcoat that restores gloss and protects the flakes or color below. It is a fraction of the cost of a new floor and can add many more years of life.
We also repair chips, hot-tire damage and worn spots, and we can advise on cleaning products, mats and routines. Day-to-day, a dust mop and mild cleaner are all most floors need.

Questions, answered
How often should I recoat?
It depends on use, sun and care. Many floors only need a refresh after several years, and we can tell you after an inspection.
Can you recoat a floor you did not install?
Yes, if it is well bonded. We test adhesion first.
How do I get a price?
Fill in the form or call 800-207-0499. We schedule a free assessment, look at the slab and send a written quote.
How long does it take?
Most two-car garages are done in a day. Large or heavily repaired floors can take longer, and we tell you the schedule before we start.
