Concrete Crack Repair
Hairline to half-inch cracks, routed, cleaned and filled flush so they disappear under the new floor instead of telegraphing through it.
The details, in plain English.
Cracks in a garage slab come from shrinkage, settling, freeze-thaw cycles and heavy loads. If you coat over them untreated, they reappear in months. We route or chase cracks to a clean V-groove, vacuum them and fill with a rapid-cure repair material that bonds to both faces, then grind it flush.
Hairline cracks are fully handled and hide well under flakes. Structural cracks that are still moving, offset or stair-stepped need an honest conversation: a coating can hide them cosmetically, but it cannot fix a failing slab, and we will tell you when to call a structural pro.

Questions, answered
Will the crack come back through the coating?
A properly filled hairline or stable crack should not. If the slab moves, any rigid coating can show it, which is why we assess before we promise.
Do you repair cracks in the price?
Basic crack and joint repair is part of preparation. Extensive damage is quoted separately and shown in your written estimate.
How do I get a price?
Fill in the form or call 800-207-0499. We schedule a free assessment, look at the slab and send a written quote.
How long does it take?
Most two-car garages are done in a day. Large or heavily repaired floors can take longer, and we tell you the schedule before we start.
