Hot-Tire Resistant Floor Coatings
Park a hot car on it without lifting, staining or peeling. We choose systems that stay hard when your tires are not.
The details, in plain English.
Hot-tire pickup happens when plasticizers and heat from freshly driven tires soften a coating and pull it away from the slab, leaving stains and peeled patches in the shape of your tread. Soft or poorly cured coatings are the usual victims, especially thin epoxies and DIY kits.
Polyurea and polyaspartic systems are far more resistant. They form a dense, cross-linked film that stays hard under heat and pressure. We also take care with cure times so the floor reaches its full hardness before the first car rolls in.

Questions, answered
Does every floor resist hot tires?
Quality matters more than label. A properly prepared, properly cured polyurea or polyaspartic system is very resistant. Thin or rushed coatings are not.
Can you fix a hot-tire-damaged floor?
Yes. We remove the failed coating, grind and recoat with a system chosen to handle the heat.
