Concrete Resurfacing & Leveling
A smooth polymer-modified overlay that levels rough, pitted or uneven floors, giving you a fresh slab to coat.
The details, in plain English.
Some floors are too rough for patching: widespread pitting, a spalled surface, old trowel marks or low spots where water collects. A thin polymer-modified overlay fills and smooths these defects, creating a flat, uniform surface that coats beautifully.
Overlays are thin enough to avoid door and threshold problems, and many cure quickly. We evaluate the slab, recommend the thickness and tell you honestly whether a patch or an overlay is the smarter spend.

Questions, answered
Is resurfacing a replacement for new concrete?
It improves surface condition but does not fix a failing slab. For structural problems, a pro should assess.
Does it add much to the project?
It adds material and labor, but it can cost less than concrete replacement and gives a better result than coating directly over rough concrete.
How do I get a price?
Fill in the form or call 800-207-0499. We schedule a free assessment, look at the slab and send a written quote.
How long does it take?
Most two-car garages are done in a day. Large or heavily repaired floors can take longer, and we tell you the schedule before we start.
